Guacamole
Heads up, even with the seeds removed from the jalapenos, this is pretty spicy stuff. For a milder version you could probably get away with one jalapeno, no seeds. Enjoy!

I can’t take credit for this recipe. Well, I could, because this is the internet where we can do whatever the hell we please. But I won’t, because I would like to be a gracious benefactor. This is my Father in-law’s recipe. He picked it up while working at a Mexican restaurant, and has evolved it over the years to suit his tastes. We love it, and I hope you do to. When informed that his recipe made it on the intarblags, and would summarily become famous, he responded thusly:
“I am not out for notoriety, although I would receive accolades with mild enthusiasm, I do it for the competitivesness, self-control, inner peace and, of course, spirituality.”
And that, folks, is why I must give credit where it’s due.
