Akephalos – headless full-stack integration testing (yeah, it will test your JavaScript) … for Capybara… FINALLY! Take THAT, Selenium!

Mirah – looks like Ruby, runs like Java, born of JRuby, and just when I thought life could not possibly get any better.

Fog – the Ruby cloud computing library.  Yehuda has a sticker with the Fog logo on his laptop.  Maybe if you’re lucky,  tomor(heh, today…) you can snag one from geemus.

Thor – amazing stuff; it’s a tool for building self-documenting command line utilities.  It removes the pain of parsing command line options, writing USAGE: banners, and by the way, it can also be used as an alternative to Rake.  The syntax is Rake-like so it should be familiar.
